Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Lazy Eye Games mobile application or website ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Not Medical Advice

Lazy Eye Games is an educational and training tool. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your use of the App is subject to our Medical Disclaimer. Always consult a certified optometrist or ophthalmologist for your vision health needs.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly and annual plans). By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms required by Apple and Google:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Free Trials: If you are offered a free trial, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the subscription billing systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, game mechanics, and code within Lazy Eye Games are the intellectual property of Lazy Eye Games. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Eye Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including medical complications or hardware issues) arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.
